Panel Discussions
All presenters must register to attend the AC-PCH 2024 and presenters will not be given an oral presentation slot until full payment is received for their registration. If an abstract is accepted and the presenter does not register, the abstract may be withdrawn. By submitting an abstract, the submitting author authorizes the abstract to be published by the organizer in the manner it deems fit.
Panel discussions provide an opportunity for public discussion amongst a selected group of panelists. Central to the success of a panel discussion is the choice of a good topic as the focus for discussion and panel lists that bring differing perspectives and are confident in making clear arguments in a live situation. Panels should comprise of three to five scholars who present their arguments; a discussant offers critical comment on the arguments made and the discussion is opened up to the participating audience.
Equipment that will be provided by the conference and setup in all presentation rooms:
Please, note that all electronic files should be written on USB flash drive. The laptop will be set up for Power Point presentations. Presenters are asked to save their presentations in a compatible format. There is a 20-minutes limit per presentation, include Q & A session.
Journal and Proceedings
Selected papers presented at the conference will be published in the special edition of journal or the official conference proceedings publication. Only original articles will be considered for publication in the conference’s proceeding. Authors can specifically request us to NOT include their submission in the conference publication.
In order to have your paper published in the journal or the official conference proceedings, your submission should have been previously approved and the registration arrangements are completed.
Participants who have completed registration arrangements and wish their paper published in the journal or the official conference proceedings publication must submit their final paper by January 04, 2024. Submissions received after this date or/and in a format different than specified will NOT be published. We strongly recommend early submissions to allow enough time for a review and feed back in case there are changes to be made in formatting.
